The rod is made from a high-density carbon fiber mixed with fiberglass for strength and durability, with SIC ceramic guide rings and epoxy adhesive for solid construction and reduced friction.

The reel features 13 + 1 corrosion-resistant bearings, precision-matched gears, and a 5.5:

 1 gear ratio for smooth performance, along with an interchangeable right or left hand CNC machined aluminum handle and an aluminum spool.

An aerospace-grade aluminum honeycomb design spool provides high strength and light weight, and the EVA knob offers a non-slip, comfortable grip during extended use.
