The Zebco 808 spincast reel features all-metal gears with a 2.6:

 1 gear ratio for consistent, smooth performance. It includes a ceramic pick-up pin to reduce friction and resist line wear, contributing to longer reel life. A built-in bite alert mechanical system disengages the anti-reverse and activates a clicker to signal line activity under water. The dial-adjustable Magnum drag and quickset anti-reverse deliver strong hooksets. Designed for ambidextrous use, it offers right- or left-hand retrieve and comes pre-spooled with 20-pound line. This model is compatible with catfish, striped bass, and certain saltwater targets. Zebco provides a limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials.
